Complete this form and print it out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Include the completed return form with the return shipment.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the product to the address stated on the return form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Important:\nThe product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. You may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store. Exhaust systems and other engine-related parts must not have been installed or used. Once an exhaust has been installed and\/or the engine has been started, the right of withdrawal expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend returning the product, if possible, in the original packaging or in another sturdy cardboard box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the original purchase amount minus shipping costs within 14 days, provided that we have received the complete product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The costs of return shipping are at your own expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Incorrect or damaged delivery<br><\/strong>Despite our careful handling, it may occur that you receive an incorrect or damaged item. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exclusion of the right of withdrawal<br><\/strong>The right of withdrawal is excluded for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Specially ordered or custom-made parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that can no longer be sold as new due to installation, use, damage, or missing parts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Privacy<br><\/strong>The personal data you provide when registering a return or complaint is used exclusively for the handling of that return or complaint.
